[Ansteorra] What happened to Halloween (was Lead *Rant*)

I remember Trick or Treating in my Grandma & Grandpa's neighborhood when I 
was a kid.  When we were younger Grandpa would walk slowly down the street, 
out of the way but keeping an eye on us.  Those popcorn balls were prized 
catches, Grandma's were the best.  sigh....
