[Ansteorra] Courtesy challenge

I think it's more an ideal SCA thing vs. an historical accuracy  
thing.  As everyone knows, this game of ours started out as a party,  
just kinda "growed" into what it is today, and somewhere along the  
way, the Aurthurian ideal became ingrained firmly in its culture.   
For many of us, it's one of the things that keep us coming back year  
after year - the romance of it all, as unhistorical as it might be.
