Onions in dogs and onions and garlic in cats will cause hemolitic anemia,
which is fatal.
small doses of garlic is ok for dogs, and if you're going to use it, fresh
is best. But none for kitty. bad stuff.

Onions are harmful, as well. Raw or cooked onion can cause blood clotting
problems in both dogs and cats.
