Well, there are close medieval equivalents of all of those dishes,  
with the possible exception of fried, breaded fish.

hot dogs = mildly spiced sausages
mac and cheese = lozenges with cheese and other similar pasta dishes.

But perhaps even these are too unusual for many picky eaters.
