After checking out Earl Brion's website I came across this little tidbit
that I don't think has been mentioned.

"Martial Arts Hall of Fame
In July, Brian was inducted into the United States Martial Arts Hall of Fame 
at
a ceremony in Nashville, TN. This was the first time that many martial arts
instructors had the opportuntity to view any of the Western martial arts, 
and
Mr. Price demonstrated fundamentals of Fiore's longsword and selected 
incroisade
plays for the assembled group of 6th - 9th dan black belts. "
