[Ansteorra] Ansteorra the name

  Ansteorra as the Region/Principality/Kingdom name was submitted during 
the Regional Collegium held in what later because Bjornsborg way back 
when.  The name was submitted for consideration by Mistress Aureliane 
Rioghail, (she was Aurelian Rigel back then) who later served as the first 
Star Principal Herald.  She was unable to attend and asked Lady Althea 
Gloria of Tyne to speak for her.

It was submitted with two R's.   Sean and Katherina wanted it to go to one 
R but the group in general wasn't happy (didn't look right) and the Kingdom 
moved it back.
