[Ansteorra] Spring Crown Tourney

Um, no, that form is for the entrants to allow the Kingdom Seneschal prepare
forms for them so that they day of crown, all they have to do is sign their
name.

However, TRM's requested a specific letter of intent from all persons
wishing to enter crown, and Sir Giotto and Mistress Saundra were just
complying with that wish.

I hope everyone is paying attention, btw, as TRM's did state that they wish
a letter of intent from all entrants in *many* venues, and I know that they
haven't received very many of them yet.

I hope people are not betting that their majesties will be gracious enough
to take letters after the stated due date.
