Greetings William,

This may be too late to be of direct use, for I've been off on a  
pilgrimage to Pennsic for the last few weeks, but perhaps it will be  
of interest and I'll send it to the list just in case others might  
also be interested.

For some info on the foods of the Carribe Islands, take a look at  
this file in the FOOD-BY-REGION section of the Florilegium:

This file might also be of use:
