[Ansteorra] Kingfisher OK flooding - Sca'ers ok?

The Hurricane will probably not even hit the Coastal
region.  It's coming across the Gulf way farther south
than it was originally forecast.  As far as I can see
the Coastal region will not see anything but rain
bands and that will be the southern part of the
Coastal region.  I don't think we'll see anything up
here in the Houston area.
