Wal-Mart sells a niffty little item called "Hot Hands".  They come 4 to a 
pack for about $1.25.  They last about 8 - 10 hours each.  They're great for 
keeping your hands warm.  Just take one out of it's pack and shake it up. 
About 5 minutes later it's hot.  Besure to read the safety instructions.
