[Ansteorra] Marshalling pole challenge

I believe the rationale is that in melee in a press, a marshal could easily get knocked over.  If a hardwood staff fell and got broken, it could pierce someone.  Sure, the odds are long.  But I think it's just a matter of erring on the side of caution.
