[Ansteorra] apprentice vs. protege

An apprentice is working toward a Laurel and a Protege towards a Pelican.  My apprentices work on their art and documentation along with Peer Like Qualities.  As a Pelican I would be available to a protege for advice and guidance in working toward those peer qualities.
