[Ansteorra] Laurels, Laurels Everywhere!

Greetings all,
   Yesterday, at Steppes Artisan, before Their Majesties elevated Melisinde
de Barcelona and Katharyn Rose Oliver to the Order of the Laurel in a
ceremony in "simulcast", They invited the winner of the populace choice
artisan contest and the newest Steppes Artisan, Isabeau Quiquandon, Baroness
of the Stargate, to join the Order of the Laurel!  Their Majesties asked Her
Excellency to think this decision over and answer them at Stargate Yule in
December.
   For the newest Laurels and Peers of the Realm, Mistress Melisinde de
Barcelona and Mistress Katharyn Rose Oliver, VIVAT!
   For the newest candidate-elect to the Order of the Laurel, Her Excellency
Isabeau Quiquandon, VIVAT!
