Unto William of Warran, proprietor of the Billy Goat
Tavern, do I William Wescot of Welewen send greeting
to you and your mother, My good Father’s sister.

The Good Populace of the Shire of Gates Edge has
approached me asking if I knew of anyone who was
familiar with the food from the Carribe Islands of the
New World.  I remembered that you had some knowledge
of those who had voyaged to those Islands and so may
know something about the food of those parts.  The
Shire is planning a Grand day of Festivies on the 25
day of August and wish to have a Grand Feast that
evening with foods from those same Islands.  I would
like to hear your ideas on this matter.
