Greetings friends,

A while back there was a lot of discussion was had regarding putting your
emergency contact info in your cell Phone under the Heading "ICE" (In Case
of Emergency.) This give emergency workers an easy way to find the people
who need to know first if you are injured.

Please everyone, go and do this if you have not done so.
