[Ansteorra] complete participant's handbook

I am trying to access the complete participant's handbook online, particularly the sections on missle combat. All of the links seem to be inoperative. I get an error 404 message whenever I try to open one of the links. Is anyone else having difficulties? I have been told of some changes in archery rules that I would like to be informed about.
