What guild is this. Is it regional, kingdom or Society-wide?

The guild is currently recognized in the Kingdom of Ansteorra.  There is a society-wide e-list and others are working to get the charter recognized in different Kingdoms.  My next task is to get our badge passed. 

The Guild's purpose is to help those who have disabilities (it started with auto-immune disorders but has spread to include all disabilities) to be able to play in the SCA in a way that is more period and for the fun of doing so.

I've been promised an article for the Florilegium on period dog  
collars by several people, but so far nothing has shown up. So if  
you've written such an article or are feeling adventuresome...

I haven't written an article, but will try to in my copious free time.  The best information on it is found in the dog collar display of the Leeds Museum.

I believe I saw your small white dog and his wooden wagon when I was in my "chariot."  I LOVE what you've done to make him look more period and work as well.  I about died laughing with delight the first time I saw him.

Thank you for both the radio, which can really make a difference at  
some events such as Waterlord :-) and for keeping it hidden.

At Beltane, it kept people from freaking out over the clouds.  The clouds were ones the weather service calls SLCs -- Scary Looking Clouds.  But, there were no tornadoes to worry about or flash flooding, so folks could relax and enjoy themselves.

This is a good reminder for all of us. In the rush of things  
sometimes it is something easily forgotten. And yes, it is something  
that needs to be taught. The outside world seems to value these  
behaviors less and less and thus does not teach them.

The "manners" or chivalry or whatever you want to call it, made a huge difference in the short time my son was a "Man at Arms" for a Squire in our Barony.  He was taught to respect women and to be polite even when he didn't feel like it.  It sure was better coming from the Squire and Knight than from mom.  Of course, eventually he will understand parenting -- when he is one. lol.
