I imagine there is, but I don't know the details.

I'm not sure if you are new to Pennsic nor whether you are looking  
for some specific info or just general info on going to Pennsic, but  
you might want to take a look through the PENNSIC section of the  
Florilegium where I've tried to collect past discussions about  
Pennsic subjects and various articles. Here are some of the files in  
there.

I have also been to ten Pennsics and would be able to answer the  
questions I can.
