In other words, it should only affect the folks travelling from 
Bjornsborg or those from Bryn Gwlad who take Hwy 71 to I-10 in 
Columbus. If you're taking Hwy 290 or I-45, the traffic won't be any 
worse than it always is in Houston. <G>
