[Ansteorra] Need chess board, munchies and volunteer for GW

We have a very spiffy Rapier Live Chess Match planned for Thursday night
at 8:00pm in front of the fort at GW but I need your help!

I need to borrow a spiffy chess board for the crowns to use to keep
track of the moves. If you can bring one or send one to Gulf War, please
let me know so I can stop hunting for one. We will only need it for an
hour or so and it will be safely away from the action.

Also, I plan to put out a general munchies table but we will need more
munchies. Chips, cookies fancy crackers, cheese, fruit, cookies bread,
cookies and any other simple snacks are what is needed. I really could
use a cooler of lemonaid or something similar. A set up for hot drinks
would absolutely rock (we might or might not have electric).

If you are the sort of person who is good at organizing this sort of
thing and would like to volunteer to manage the munchie table I would
happily turn the job over to you so I can concentrate on the chess match.
