[Ansteorra] Armor inspections at Gulf Wars.

She is our Gulf War Chirurgeon statistics person. She used to work for the
Center for Disease Control (CDC) and is very good with stats and tracking
outbreaks of various things back. She has done the analysis on our records
for the last couple of years as she does for Pennsic. She took the records
from our Point and will copy them, send us back the originals, and do stats
on the copies. She is also the Deputy KC for Meridies and her husband is a
Marshal there.
