[Ansteorra] Finnican announced for Laurel

Greetings all,
   
  It is my great pleasure to announce that it is the will of Their Majesties, that Finnacan Dub be elevated to the Order of the Laurel. This was announced at Beltain, and the elevation will be held at Steppes Warlord. There will be a vigil during Saturday day, and the elevation to be held that evening.
