My Lord and I have been T-moble customers since 2000. Like Sir Jean Paul, we've always had great coverage at all the events we go to. We get five bar signal at Gulf Wars.
I personally have always had fabulous success with their Customer Service, occasionally you get a newbie who doesn't know what they are talking about, but I've found mostly very politie helpful representatives that actually don't mind answering the 1000 questions I always ask. In fact they usually apologize too much...
On the otherhand, the coverage when actually moving from point A to point B can be spotty. Usually out in the backwoods or when going up and down hills. And we've actually had customer service reps call us and ask us specifically where the holes are so they can list them for future towers..
And I'm trading in my mufflely Motorola for a Nokia, I hope they ARE better with sound...

Insurance is a money making proposition for the cell phone vendors. Don't
buy it.
Btw, I disagree with Niklas, T-Mobile has great coverage, as most of our
sites *are* within cell phone range. I have coverage at Gulf Wars. I've
had it for almost 8 years now, and at most have hit one or two events a year
where I couldn't get signal.
However, I do agree that all of their customer services suck. That's just
the way it is.
I personally believe that Nokia phones *still* have the best sound quality.
Motoral, LG, and Blackberry's just do not sound as good, IMO.
