I haven't seen it announced, so I thought I'd post it here :)  Last weekend
their Majesties offered HL Gilyan Clonmacnoise membership into the Order of
the Pelican.  She was, of course, thrilled, and accepted.  She will be
having her Vigil at Winterkingdom, and her elevation at Coronation.  I hope
that many will be able to come and offer her advice and guidance at either
event.
