I'm snipping here a lot.  Really only have one
question about this ... 

5. Have served in an administrative office of the SCA,
or its
 equivalent,
for at least a total of one year. 

Are all offices in the SCA deemed administrative? 
Just wondering.  Not planning to enter.  Not even
making the event now that I'm flying to Philadelphia
tomorrow for a funeral.
