The odd thing is, that's not actually stated anywhere in the Texas 
law about knives or swords. "Illegal knife" is defined as a knife 
with a blade over 5 1/2 inches long, or any "dagger, including but 
not limited to a dirk, stilletto, and poniard" or a bowie knife.

I think it would be easier to enforce if they simply specified the 
rule was against double-edged blades.
