Or for a specific list use the link that is generally in the signature at the bottom.  Once there scroll to the bottom and put the email you are subscribed from n the box next to the button labeled "Unsubscribe or Edit Options".  Enter your password (there is a button for password reminder at the bottom of THIS page if you forgot).

Once in the options then scroll down a little and find the unsubscribe section.  Click the check box to confirna dn press the unsubscribe button.
