[Ansteorra] Staff from BAM/Crown

I am still missing my marshal's staff from BAM/Crown. It looks like the
one in this photo:

It is red on one end and black on the other end with yellow and black
spiral stripes. If you have found it please let me know.

I understand Count Galen had it for a while in Crown but I have no
reports on it after that.
