[Ansteorra] Kingdom Middle Eastern Dance Championship less than two weeks away!

Samhain is just around the corner - just a reminder to all dancers who plan
on entering the championship this year!

At Samhain Celebration in the Barony of Eldern Hills

Gifted Dancers of the Kingdom, come compete to be the next Kingdom Champion
of Middle Eastern Dance!

Prizes!  Prizes!  Prizes!
-	The keeper prizes this year include a day pavilion/viewing gallery
in our glorious Kingdom colors, complete with poles, ropes, front partition
and decorations for the pavilion!
-	Also, the Champion will receive a personal Champion's cloak and
tiraz band as well as many other wonderful treasures from around the kingdom
and known world!
-	Pass down prizes include the Kingdom dance sword, banner, dance belt
and silk veil!

Dancer Information
-	Documentation is highly recommended, but is not required
-	No "canned" (recorded) music - live music only
-	Performance time limited to 5 minutes per performer
-	Dancers MUST sign in by 11 a.m. Saturday morning and pick up
information packet - sign in location will be posted at the event.
-	Depending on number of dancers, there may be a preliminary
competition round prior to the evening's final competition/performance.
-	Performances will be judged according to the current Kingdom A&S
performing arts judging form (see the Kingdom's A&S website to view the
form).
