I am proposing two classes:
 
Basic Cooking
A summary of period foods, terminology, how to find sources, and sanitation tips.  This is NOT a hands-on class, but an introductory one for those who want to get started in SCA cooking.  Handouts will be available.
Class Length-One hour
Cost-none
Requirements:  Seating
No age limit
No preference as to time
 
 
Arts and Sciences Competitions-A How To & Round Table
Does the thought of entering an A & S competition make you quiver in your boots?  This class is designed to be everything you wanted to know about competing in an A & S competition, but were afraid to ask.  It will be applicable to those who have never competed, or those who want to improve their entries.  Following the introduction, we will have competitors and judges available for a round table discussion.  Samples of documentation, photos of entries, etc.  will be available for participants to view.
Class Length:  2 hours
Requirements:  Seating
Cost:  None
Age Limit:  12 years of age
Time:  Just not up against my other class.
