[Ansteorra] BoD meeting info - this Saturday in Steppes

Good morning everyone
 
Several folks were asking when the public meetings start on Saturday.  I have been informed that the Saturday public meeting will start at 9:00 AM, break for lunch around Noon, and resume about 1:30. The meeting is done usually between 4:00 and 5:00.
 
We are allowed to start showing up at the reception site at 6:30pm.  The reception will be at Willhoite's, located at 432 S. Main Street in Grapevine
(http://www.willhoites.com/).  Attendees will be expected to pay for their
meal, so please anticipate that the buffet price and a soda will round out
to about $13.00 per person, not including gratuity.

Please RSVP to steppes_baroness@ ansteorra.org   if you wish to attend.  Modern casual clothes are fine!

After Willhoite's, some of us will be going over to the Main Event at 407 W.
State Highway 114 in Grapevine.  We will aim for gathering at the Main Event
around 9pm.  There is not an entrance fee here, but there are fees for the
activities.  You can find out more by going to www.maineventusa.net.

I will have maps at the meeting to both after revels.
