Your Grace, in the past RedTape attendees have attended in everything from modern attire to full‑kit regalia ["definition 2"] with all the paraphernalia.  Many people take this as an opportunity to wear recently-acquired SCA-related T-Shirts.  (Were I "in-town" at the moment, I would personally opt for a Northshield Warriors&Warlords T myself.)

The key, to me, is to be comfortable for a modern classroom setting.  These are essentially business meetings in a modern setting.  We just happen to be participants in a Middle Ages & Renn recreation group that exists within that modern world...
