And I think that I found the missing tenth point: it's on the scribe's head!

Speaking of heralds and armor, According to Alan Young's book "Tudor 
and Jacobean Tournaments", it was a custom during tournaments that if 
a knight dropped anything, the heralds got to claim it and then 
ransom it back to the knight.

"...at the tournament on 13 November 1565 to celebrate the wedding of 
Ambrose Dudley, the Earl of Warwick, the heralds at one point seized 
both the horse and armor of Henry Mackwilliam after he and his horse 
had been thrown in the tourney by Henry Knollys. There was some 
dispute about this and the Earl Marshal, Thomas, Duke of Norfolk 
called upon the Kings of Arms to show precedents. This was done and 
the heralds were awarded twenty pounds for the redemption of the 
horse and armor..."
