On Saturday, Queen Alethea sent  Baroness Mira Fionnbhar of Argyll, who holds Arts & Sciences awards from Atlantia, Ansteorra and the Wast Kingdom, out with a writ to consider her elevation to the Order of the Laurel. Her Excellency must answer this writ Jan. 31 at the Marketplace at Birka in Manchester, N.H.
