Greetings everyone,

  We just found out that there were issues with ACCEPS that caused the site
to shut down reservations between the 15th and 25th. Our understanding is
today will be the last day to pre-reserve via ACCEPS.  Pre-reservations for
site may still be made via the registrar through the 31st.  For the latest
