[Ansteorra] schedule for Kingdom A&S?

Can someone post the schedule for Kingdom A&S?  I know artisians cannot set up until 9 am, but what happens once we set up?  Do we do something else while the Laurels judge our stuff, and if so, what?    Thank you from a nervous first time entrant.
