All locations reported the page coming up. It is a Joomla created site. I.E.
it is run by a CMS system that we use on our site. Theirs is more JavaScript
heavy than ours.

At this point let's take this off-line since this is not related to the
Ansteorra site so that we can help you diagnose this. But I suspect that it
is a security setting on your computers.

is giving me issues

HL Chiara - if i type the address into the browser it
comes up w/ "page cannot be displayed" and if I go to
the link from the kingdom website I get the same
thing.

Thinking it was only me, i asked my husband to check
it out, and he can't get to it either :/

this comes to a General question, is anyone else using
Explorer having issues? or is it just us? 

AND I need to get to acceps what's the site for that?
