[Ansteorra] ANSTEORRA HERALDIC HELP NEEDED

Greetings!

As many people have already answered the question about the star, I won't
address that.  I would like to point out, however, that the populace ensign
for Ansteorra (ie, the design any of us can use) has the black star on a
gold field *with a black border*. That border is important. :)
