[Ansteorra] Black Star template

[Kingdom Webminister]

On the Kingdom website is a link at the bottom of the page to a zip file
with that one picture in it. There is also one linked to the Gulf pages on
the Ansteorra site.

Just put it in your word or art program and tell the printer to print to
scale to your paper size and it will automatically print it out for you
whatever size it is.
