A number of years ago at the end of my tenure as Stargate Artisan, Mistress Rose and Master Geoffrey gave me a small brass Egyptian cat statue in appreciation of my art and the work I did as their barony's artisan.  I cherish the little statue because it came from two Laurels I admired, and their kind words and praise on that day have encouraged me ever since.
