I believe the event is mostly inside with the "food fight" outdoors.

Alina is asking about the Central Region one held by Steppes and  
Elfsea and the Canton.

If it is strictly an indoor event, then bringing the trebuchet and  
crossbows might not be a good idea. If it is an outside event, then  
warmer cloaks and more candles might be things to bring. :-)
