[Ansteorra] New Performance event

I would love to step in and say I would Steward the event...however I do
have some reservations which would need be answered first.

1) from all the previous posts I read, this is supposed to be bards,
musicians, food and artisans...but now all of a sudden, someone comes up
with torchlight fighting in the evening.
I would prefer the original idea of no fighting...and focus on the a&s/fair
type gathering.

2) what kind of time frame are we looking at to put this together and get on

3) would we want overnight camping?

4) what type of budget are we looking at?

If someone can provide me with reasonable answers and a reasonable time
frame ( ie at least 6 months) then I would be happy to Steward the event
