I can still remember the delight in the face of the quiet modest lady (whose name is lost to years and sleep) wwho was given a prize at one of the Golden Hart Tournments in La Marche Sauvage. She was not the loudest persona player but the best - the anonymous judges could not ever catch her in either mundane persuit or conversation the whole of the day...

Perhaps those who love persona play might encourage the practice by more often rewarding it.
