[Ansteorra] persona execution

In some SCA kingdoms it is traditional to kill off/have die the royalty.

For those thinking about eliminating their old persona, some of the  
tales in this file describing how various SCA royalty have ended  
their reigns might be useful as inspiration or even just a fun read.
