I seem to recall that Crossrode Keep chose to dissolve on their own.  I 
distinctly remember being somewhat shocked when I heard that the group 
had decided to dissolve rather than try to meet the probationary 
conditions.  Please correct me if my memory is incorrect (perhaps it 
wasn't Crossrode Keep that chose to dissolve).  If I am correct, then 
much of what you said is couched incorrectly, because it indicates 
forced dissolution from outside rather than voluntary dissolution.
