[Ansteorra] SCA associations (was RE: Group status changes)

At any rate.....

I took Sir Rhodri's class and so did my, Lady HE Kezia and we have 
applied that tactic in application to the current jobs we now hold....

And I am here to say.... it works.

The trick is in the manner you word the experience, the leadership and 
participation in the SCA to bring it out of "SCA Speak" into a generic 
or "Corporate Speak" that HR mangers (HR Droids....hummmmmm... >:{   ) 
understand and can grasp that you know what the job is and can do it 
better than the other 263 people that have applied and you don't get 
screened out cause you are over-qualified and under-qualified for the 
same job at the same time (this actually happened!).

In the interview I was asked what the SCA was and how it applied to what 
I was applying for. The main point I brought forth was project and 
people management.

I got the job.....
