We had not a drop of rain at Steppes Warlord this year, and His Highness received his Laurel there and was there all three days. My understanding is that it rains at Pennsic every year, anyway, whether Gunthar is there or not, and Elizabeth is the brightest ray of sunshine in the Steppes, other than Her Excellency, Katheryn.
