[Ansteorra] Congratulations to the Newest Member of the Order of the Pelican

Yesterday, at morning court at Northkeep's Castellan, her Majesty announced her intention to see HE Elizabetta ap Isfjord made a member of the Order of the Pelican.  That elevation  took place at evening court.  Among those who spoke for her Excellency were Syr Owen ap Aeddan, Mistress Magdalena de Catamosto, Master Beortlihct Folcwinson, Mistress Stacia, Master Tarl, and her Majesty herself as a member of the order of the Rose.  A reception followed in the hall.
