Class Title:	Beginning to Intermediate Mead Making - With a Special  
Emphasis on Period Recipes and Techniques
Class Description: A detailed step-by-step discussion of period mead  
making with emphasis placed on period recipes and techniques with a  
comparison drawn between period and modern equipment and techniques.  
The class will involve tasting of several award-winning meads  
including a 2004 American Homebrewers Association National bronze  
medal winning mead.
