  I agree that anyone with an opinion should express that opinion to the correct people... But I would like to see what other people have to say about it before I make my opinion known. :)
   
  For instance, I worried about how it would affect other food-activites, such as feast or any type of competition, but now how it would affect how such activities are funded. That just hadn't occurred to me. My opinion has now expanded by listening to other people's feedback. It's also possible that someone might raise very good points that cause me to change my opinion completely.
   
  If I had sent off a comment right away, it would have been very limited in scope. So I would either not send another e-mail, or send many, possibly contradictory, e-mails, neither of which seem as helpful as one concise e-mail.
   
  Just my five cents. (Inflation, you know. :D)
